San Francisco, CA – The lawsuit filed by MediaLive International, Inc. (formerly Key3Media Events) against CeBIT, Hannover Fairs USA, Bill Sell and other parties has been withdrawn. The original complaint claimed a breach of non-compete contracts. Joachim Schäfer, President of Hannover Fairs, reports that the case had no merit and he is happy the issue is closed.
