MediaLive International Withdraws Suit which Alleged Breach of Contract

San Francisco, CA – The lawsuit filed by MediaLive International, Inc. (formerly Key3Media Events) against CeBIT, Hannover Fairs USA, Bill Sell and other parties has been withdrawn. The original complaint claimed a breach of non-compete contracts. Joachim Schäfer, President of Hannover Fairs, reports that the case had no merit and he is happy the issue is closed. Other sources had no comment, including  James B. Conroy of Donnelly, Conroy and Gelhaar, (counsel for Bill Sell) , and MediaLive.
