How Loews Hotels is Buttering Up Its Guests

Miami, FL — Loews Hotels, known for its fine dining, didn’t wait for New York City or any other U.S. municipality to slap a ban on trans-fats in its restaurants,  banquet services or mini-bars. The hotel chain is already hard at work developing menus that rely on healthier natural fats, such as olive oil and real butter, well before the Big Apple issued its draconian ban on trans-fats by the summer of 2008.
