Washington, DC — Hanley Wood LLC has acquired The TFM Show from Group C Communications and will co-locate the event with its CONSTRUCT2009 show next year.
The TFM Show is described as a forum for senior facility management executives that was last held April 22-24 in Chicago and will debut alongside CONSTRUCT2009 June 17-19, 2009 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Details of the purchase price were not revealed. Berkery Noyes represented Group C Communications, which publishes Today’s Facility Manager magazine.
The co-location will enable facility managers who attend The TFM Show to meet with architects, contractors and engineers who attend CONSTRUCT, and also take advantage of educational programs that overlap audience segments.
