Paris – Unibail Group, France’s number one commercial property investment firm, has acquired Exposium, a diversified global exhibition organizer, announced Peter Hazelzet, Chairman & CEO of Exposium. The purchase price was 228 million Euros (about $300 million dollars). Exposium is France’s second largest event organizer and was formerly part of Vivendi Universal.
