Rockville, MD – Access Intelligence has acquired daratechPLANT Conference from Daratech, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Held in Houston, TX every January, daratechPLANT features 30 exhibitors and more than 900 executive-level including suppliers and users of IT solutions for the fields of designing, engineering, building and maintaining industrial plants.
Charles Foundyller, CEO of Daratech, Inc. will remain involved as a consultant to the event. Don Pazour, CEO of Access Intelligence said, “This event fits perfectly into our stable of products aimed at executives in the chemical and energy industries.” Access Intelligence produces SATELLITE Conference & Exhibition, the leading trade show for satellite executives, as well as executive conferences for the chemicals market.
