Connecticut Expos Sells Four Consumer Events to Townsquare Media.

Westport, CT – Connecticut Expos sold its four consumer shows to Townsquare Media, Inc., a major player in the radio industry and also owner and producer of digital and live festival events.

The four shows sold by Connecticut Expo for an undisclosed sum are all held in Connecticut. They include the Fairfield County Home & Outdoor Expo and three Women’s Expo events, which focus on healthcare and wellness and are supported by hospitals in their respective markets.

Corporate Solutions, LLC represented Connecticut Expo in the negotiations. Corporate Solutions President Nick Curci is also the president of Connecticut Expos.

Townsquare Media in Greenwich, CT owns and operates 311 radio stations and organizes approximately 500 live events in medium and small markets nationwide. The events include music, craft beer and food festivals. Its portfolio also includes some b-to-b and consumer events, such as the Louisiana Outdoor Expo, New Jersey Flower Show, Penn Atlantic Nursery and Trade Show, and the Maine Wedding Association bridal show brand.
