Torrance, CA – Bobit Business Media acquired the Vehicle Service Contract Administrators Conference (VSCAC) from Warranty Risk Services.
The event has been co-located for the past two years with Bobit’s F&I Conference & Expo and will take place this year on Sept. 17-18 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Terms of the deal were not released.
Both events cater to auto dealers and focus on risk management and cost control for the automotive financing sector. F&I Conference spanned 16,800 net square feet last year and drew about 650 attendees, including 123 who registered specifically for VSCAC, which consists strictly of conference sessions and has not had an exhibit component.
Eric Maerker, owner of Warranty Risk Services, remains under contract to the event and will aid in development for the next three years.
