Baltimore, MD – BDMetrics Inc. has changed its name to Three Stage Media, Inc., and refined its offerings of event planning technology into a suite of high-value, low cost services that will connect trade show exhibitors with attendees before, during and after the event.

The rechristened company will continue to maintain its legacy systems. At the same time, it will focus on lower-cost products it says are in increasing demand from show organizers as well as exhibitors and attendees. “Our strategic shift was also driven by the impact of the economy on the events industry, the challenges of embracing technology integration, growing generational influences and globalization,” said Mollie Spilman, president and CEO.

The company’s product suite includes:

  • Virtual Totebag, for storing and sharing speaker presentations, exhibitor brochures and video demos, etc. online
  • eventSocial, which enables attendees and exhibitors to see who is attending a particular reception or other social function.
  • eventMobile, a scheduling tool and GPS-based guide to the exhibit hall.
  • BiziDocs, a digital library for exhibitors’ collateral materials that provides a record of which documents have been distributed to whom.

“Our new suite gives exhibitors multiple attendee touch points – online, at the show and via their mobile devices – and creates multiple revenue-generating platforms for event organizers,” Spilman said.
