Greater Phoenix CVB Promotes Mooney to Executive Vice President

Phoenix, AZ - The Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau has promoted Michael Mooney to executive vice president.  He has been with the bureau since 1997 and continued to move up in the ranks, from director of information technology, to chief financial officer, to chief operating officer and now executive vice president. He will retain his responsibilities as COO.

Prior to his role at the Greater Phoenix CVB, Mooney worked for a private enterprise in the tourism-related industry as senior financial and technology officer.  His background also includes developing computer software for the casino industry.
