New York, NY - Kevin O’Keefe is back on Charles McCurdy’s executive team after joining GLM as senior vice president. O’Keefe had been senior vice president under McCurdy at Canon Communications prior to the company’s sale to UBM in 2010. He stepped down as senior vice president of events at UBM Canon in December.

McCurdy tabbed O’Keefe to replace Phil Robinson, who will step down as senior vice president August 1 after 22 years with GLM.

“Kevin's deep experience in show management, his implementation of Canon's highly successful expansion strategy, and his long track record in launching new shows and products make him a valuable addition to our senior management team,” said McCurdy, chairman and CEO of GLM.

O’Keefe will work on the development of new products and also oversee three of GLM’s trade shows: International Contemporary Furniture Fair, National Stationery Show and SURTEX. He will also be in charge of GLM’s management of the Greeting Card Association.
